ScanGlide provides AI-powered document scanning, OCR, cloud storage, and related tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

5. Payment & Subscription

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Limitation of Liability

ScanGlide is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of data or business interruption.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong.
